Your shipment Packages are despatched to the address provided at the time of order generally within 10 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via An Post standard post.Frames and heavier products are despatched via An Post door to door delivery service.Despatch of orders at peak times such as Christmas can take longer please refer to the despatch time notification on the Homepage for up to date information.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be despatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen parcels and would ask that you contact An post in this instance alternatively you can pay extra to have your item(s) despatched via registered post.Please contact us via email to arrange this option.

Cooling Off Period As items are personalised and custom made they are non refundable. You may return a faulty product or in the case where an error has occurred on our part , as long as your package and ordered items are unused, unopened and in the same condition as received.In this instance please contact us via email within 2 days of receiving your order along with photo.Any refunds given by Name It Personalised Gifts will be given via the original method of payment.
